Terms of Service
Last updated: March 14, 2026
1. What TimeBlock Is
TimeBlock is a free group meeting scheduler. You create scheduling events, share links with participants, and everyone marks when they're available so you can find the best overlapping times.
2. Your Account
You sign in with your Google account. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One person per account — don't share your session with others.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything illegal or harmful
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
- Abuse the service (automated scraping, overloading servers, etc.)
- Misrepresent your identity to other participants
4. Your Data
You own your data. We store only what's necessary to run the service: your name, email, profile picture, and the availability slots you mark. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You can delete events you created and leave events you've joined at any time. To delete your account entirely, contact us.
5. Calendar Access
If you choose to import your Google Calendar, we request read-only access. We fetch your events in real time to show you busy slots — we never store your calendar data or share it with other users. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
6. Availability & Warranties
TimeBlock is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep the service running, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime or that the service will be error-free. We're not liable for missed meetings due to service issues.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated. You can stop using the service at any time by revoking Google access and contacting us to delete your account.
